The final will be held on August 27 at the Adrienne Arsht Center in Miami. The winner of the pageant will earn the right to represent the United States at Miss Universe, scheduled for November in Puerto Rico.
At 26 years old, with Colombian and Argentinian roots, Cerchiara combines her participation in beauty pageants with a professional career in the healthcare field. She works as a nurse specializing in cardiac care.
Her work consists of “accompanying and preparing patients who are facing highly complex medical procedures”. This experience has shaped her vision of service and commitment to others.
