The 2026 Reserve Cup Series kicks off its first stop of the year from January 22 to 24 in Miami, cementing its status as one of the most exclusive and spectacular padel events on the international calendar. The venue will be the Reserve Miami Seaplane Base, an iconic setting that will once again bring together the world’s top padel players in a format designed for showmanship.

With a revamped roster, a high level of competition, and an attractive prize purse, the Reserve Cup Miami promises to be one of the major highlights of professional padel in 2026.

What is the Reserve Cup and why is it different?

The Reserve Cup Padel is an exhibition tournament that pits two teams made up of some of the world’s best players against each other. Unlike official tours, here there are no ranking points; instead, the format is designed to maximize the spectacle.

Competition format

  • Three days of tournament
    – Day 1: matches are worth 1 point
    – Day 2: matches are worth 2 points
    – Day 3: matches are worth 3 points
  • Three matches per matchday
    – Matches are best-of-three sets, with a golden point.
    – Super tie-break in case of a third set

Exclusivity is also reflected in the financial aspect. The total prize amounts to $500,000:

  • On top of this, there’s each athlete’s individual fee.

This model makes the Reserve Cup one of the highest-paying padel events in the world.

A showdown that only the Reserve Cup can offer, bringing together four of today’s most decisive padel players.

Absences, upcoming venues, and what’s next for the Reserve Cup

One of the most notable absences is that of Juan Lebrón, although this doesn’t diminish expectations for a spectacular show. The organization has already confirmed that the 2026 Reserve Cup will continue its schedule with:

  • Third location: to be confirmed

The Reserve Cup once again proves that it’s in a league of its own in international padel.
